Research Method

1. Observation conducted to gather information and data at In House cafe

2. To measure the different activities done by customer with time.

3. Sampling design
             Target population: All In House cafe outlets in Malaysia
                   Sampling frame: All In House cafe outlets in Kuala Lumpur
                           Sampling Unit: - In House outlet in Genting Klang
                                                  - Lunch time
                                                  - Weekend customers
4. Sampling Technique
        Quota-based sampling was used because it speeds up data collection period. Observation was done in the period of 2 hours. Data collection was taken every 10 minutes.
